Here are answers to common questions about your journey, stay, and experience in Pushkar.

What’s the maximum number of participants per mentor?

To ensure personalized attention, each mentor will guide a group of 8-10 participants, allowing for focused feedback and support.

What are the accommodation arrangements?

Participants will stay in twin-sharing 3/4 star accommodation with modern amenities, including attached restroom.

Is transportation to the venue included?

No, participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to Guwahati, Assam. We will have group pickup from Guwahati International Airport/Guwahati Railway Station.

Any alternative for special dietary requirements?

Please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate them during the event.

Will there be free time to explore Meghalaya on our own?
Yes, participants will have some free time between photography sessions to explore the town and visit temples, markets, or the famous ghats.
Can I bring my non-photographer companion?
Yes, companions are welcome, however we will consider them as a participants as we are having limited accommodation.
Is there a refund policy if I am unable to attend?
Yes, cancellations made by 15 August, 2026 are eligible for a full refund/Credits.refund/credits befirre 30 days of the scheduled date.
What if Yoof cancels the workshop?

We don’t cancel! However, if the event is canceled due to unforeseen reasons by Yoof India, participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer their registration to a future workshop.
Yoof India is not liable for travel expenses, bookings, or third-party costs. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for added assurance.

  • Twin-sharing accommodation accomodation at Cherrapunji (Sohra)
  • All meals provided: from lunch on Day 1 to breakfast on Day 5 (including tea/snacks)
  • Local transport for all scheduled photography activities
  • Mentorship and hands-on field training
    Pick-up and drop-off from Guwahati to Guwahati
  • All entry fees, permits, and applicable local taxes included.
